The meditations that are the subject of our books (see our books tab) were offered to us by people from the intra-earth that we have channeled. We are now offering them to you in an audio form that will allow you to be in the conditions of a guided meditation.

These ten meditations are available for you to use regularly for your well-being and serenity.
The order given for the meditations is important.
We advise you to follow it in order to gradually increase your vibratory rate and your propensity to raise your frequencies. This will allow you to enter into contact with entities of light and more particularly with intra-terrestrials.

The success of a meditation depends on a successful preparation. Therefore, we suggest that you start working, at first, only on the preparation. For this purpose, we provide you with several means:

Audio files of the meditation preparation

We offer three versions of the preparation to meditation. A long version of 11 mn, a medium version of 8 mn and a short version of 6 mn.
Practice by starting with the long version. As soon as you have acquired the different notions, go to the medium version and then to the short version.
The goal is to allow you to enter the meditation condition very quickly and to reduce the overall duration of the meditation so that you remain focused on the main theme.

All the meditations below begin with a short preparation.

MEDITATION N ° 1: JOY

This first meditation is essential to increase your vibratory rate and to implant or reactivate in you the most important emotion to achieve well-being and harmony in you: JOY.
By entering the three spheres of blue, white diamond and gold dust of stars, you will allow yourself to be penetrated by the soft and harmonious vibration of joy which will gradually fill all your bodies up to your cells, your eight primordial cells, the essence of your soul. This extraordinary reconnection will bring you an incredible feeling of happiness and deep joy.

MEDITATION N ° 2: Discovery of the DOME and the PYRAMID of CRISTAL-LIGHT

To experience and optimize the benefits of this magnificent meditation call upon all that is the most beautiful in you and in your imagination.
You will descend in joy towards this paradisiac place which is the Dome protecting the sublime pyramid of crystal-light. You will discover and create your idyllic decor inside this Dome and then you will enjoy a powerful treatment inside the Pyramid offered by crystal light healers. After thanking the healers, you can admire your new clothes of light. You will be bathed in an atmosphere of vitality and serenity

MEDITATION N ° 3: GOLD, RUBY, SAPPHIRE, EMERALD and AMETHYST PYRAMIDS.

This secret of healing by enlightenment through precious stones and their colors was revealed to us by the beings of the sub-earth living in etheric spheres.
Above your crown chakra located at the top of your skull, a great sun which turns on itself, will imbue all your physical, mental, emotional and etheric bodies with extraordinary benefits.
Pyramids composed of precious stones will emerge from the interior of this sun and successively project light beams of color onto your different bodies.
You will then be filled with the energy of regenerative strength and vitality, the intrinsic power of love, the energy of wisdom and courage, the energy of great aesthetic sensitivity and deep purification of all your light bodies.
You will be at the end of this meditation bathed in an intense crystalline light of a brilliant white diamond color.

MEDITATION N ° 4: CRYSTAL MEDITATION

This meditation consists of three parts:
- The first part allows you to program a crystal
- The second part explains how to use a crystal for self-healing
- The third part explains how to use a crystal for the healing of another person, animal, plant, or other.

For this meditation, it is advisable to get a medium-sized crystal that can be easily held in your hand (between 8 and 15 centimeters long and 3 to 6 centimeters wide).
If you already have one that you think is right, use it. Please be aware that once programmed, it will become your personal assistant for all of your healing sessions. You will quickly appreciate its efficiency and support.

MEDITATION N ° 5: CONNECTION OF YOUR CELLS WITH THE ENERGY OF THE INTRA-TERRESTRIALS

This meditation will allow you to work on the purification of your bodies in order to raise your vibration rate even faster.
After working on increasing your vibrational rate with the powerful emotion of joy, you will learn to purify your bodies through the crystal-light pyramid, the sun and the connection to the pineal gland.
After this meditation, your vibrational rate should then be high enough for you to be able to connect with the beings of the subterranean living in the spheres of light.

MEDITATION N ° 6: THE WATERFALL IN THE INTRA-EARTH

In this fabulous meditation, you will have to reach the sacred space of your heart.
After descending into the crystal-light pyramid, you will immerse yourself in the purity of a wonderful source of luminous water and you will discover your body of transparent, crystalline light, sparkling with pure and brilliant colors.

MEDITATION N ° 7: THE JOY IS IMPREGNATED IN YOU THROUGH SOUND VIBRATIONS.

From three sound vibrations, the OU, the A, the OM and the HUM crossing your body, you will quickly find a deep feeling of calm and inner serenity. A soft light will diffuse in you and will bring well-being and interior harmony.
The energy of Love will spread beautifully through your organs and cells.
You will stay for a long time in a sweet ecstasy of pure joy, pure love and pure light.

MEDITATION N ° 8 : MEDITATION OF CANOPEANS

This meditation of great power requires from you a minimum knowledge of the sacred geometric forms.
To help you, memorize the scheme below which illustrates perfectly the meditation of the Canopians.

The first shape from the left is a sphere, then it is a tetrahedral star also called merkaba, then there is the dodecahedron, the octahedron, the cube, the circle, the triangle, the circle, the cube, l octahedron, the dodecahedron and finally at the bottom, the tetrahedral star. You will travel from the infinitely large to the infinitely small, from the macrocosm to the microcosm during this meditation.
You will become familiar with the significant changes in frequencies and vibration levels.
You will in fact find it easier to transport yourself ethically inside the earth or in the universe.

MEDITATION N ° 9: MEDITATION WITH THE THREE PRIMORDIAL SOUNDS AND ALIGNMENT WITH THE SCHUMAN RESONANCE, THE EARTH RESONANCE.

This meditation will allow you to activate the crystal frequency that is within you.
You will have to use transparent quartz crystals previously purified and programmed by you to connect to the crystal frequency of the Earth.
The three primordial sounds will allow you to align yourself with the frequency of the Earth but also that of the Pyramid of crystal-light. You will be immersed in a bath of light, sweetness and unconditional love.

MEDITATION N ° 10: MEDITATION OF THE TRIANGLE

This meditation is by far the most powerful that has been offered to us by the intra-terrestrials.
It requires you to have a minimum of knowledge of the chakras or energy centers placed above, in and below your bodies.
You are now familiar with the sacred space of the heart and can place yourself in the sacred space of your heart before beginning this prodigious meditation that will change you deeply and forever.

MEDITATION N ° 11: REDISCOVER THE JOY OF YOUR MULTI-DIMENSIONAL BEING

After your descent into the Crystal-Light Pyramid, follow the tiny joyful will-o'-the-wisps as they lead you, to the rhythm of the drums, in a frenzied circle around a gigantic fire. A perfect symbiosis is established between your multi-dimensional being and your higher self.

MEDITATION N ° 12: THE SACRED SOUNDS OF THE TETRAHEDRAL CRYSTAL STAR AT THE HEART OF THE GREAT CRYSTAL-LIGHT PYRAMID

After entering the Sounds Frequency Room in the Crystal Light Pyramid, integrate the sounds emitted by the Tetrahedral Crystal Star, then by the Beings of Light who will transport you to dimensions beyond time and space.

MEDITATION N ° 13: THE GREAT ENCHANTING OVOID CRYSTAL

After being welcomed into the Crystal Light Pyramid by the Beings of Light and guided into the sphere of healing, surrender to the energy of the great enchanting ovoid crystal and reintegrate or enhance your inner joy, your state of perfect wholeness.

MEDITATION N ° 14: REPROGRAM YOUR CELLS IN THE PRIMORDIAL LAKE

After entering the Crystal Light Pyramid, you will be guided to the Cell Regeneration Sphere in the company of a Light Being. There you will discover a beautiful lake in which you will immerse yourself to reach a state of complete and absolute cleansing.

MEDITATION N ° 15: BENEFIT FROM THE REJUVENATING AND PURIFYING PROPERTIES OF SOLAR, STELLAR AND LUNAR RAYS

After being greeted by the Beings of Light in the Crystal Light Pyramid, follow their instructions to benefit from the regenerating and cleansing properties of solar, stellar and lunar rays.
